Jason Elam Book Signing

Monday Night JIHAD by Jason Elam of the Denver Broncos. We enjoyed getting our book signed by Jason at Borders Sunday afternoon. He was so accommodating for the signing of over 300 books? and having our picture taken with him. We also got to see his Super Bowl rings. Thanks to our kids for this great 'date' time! We are due for a change in our reading, a novel dealing with football and the times we live. With that said, we went for a strawberry icee and had a great talk with the parents of Sidney, the cutest little Maltese.

Air Force Hocky Game

Our first Air Force Ice Hockey game proved to be a winner! It was a family night at the rink...lots of cheering, eating hot dogs, nachos and chips, and a few free t-shirts from the Falcon. How fortunate were we to get our picture with the noted 'Falcon'! The Air Force team played RIT (Rochester Institute Techology). A very close game to the finish. (5-2) All in all it was a fun evening away from work and computers............

Christmas 2007

Merry Christmas, 2007! Everyone was home for a few days before Christmas. (left to right; Mark and Ashley;Chris, Amy and Micah; Paul and Erin; Ginger and Steve.) After Mark and Ashley arrived Sunday before Christmas things were buzzing. They brought their 2 boxer puppies (Sage & Dakota) who added to the festivities of the holiday. Christmas Eve morning the ladies (Erin, Amy and Ashley) made a delicious burrito breadfast for us along with fruit and bagels. The rest of the time was full of talking, playing with Micah, dog walks and Christmas Eve service at 3pm. A reminder of the greatest gift of all, JESUS! After the service we came home to a snowy night of opening presents. It was such a treat to have all the boys, wives, Micah and the dogs for our Christmas holiday! We thank the LORD for his love, peace and purpose in our lives.
